DIAGNOdent is a small laser that is used to accurately locate decay and weak areas that are in the early stages of decay. It is a tremendous help with diagnosis.

DIAGNOdent scans the teeth and emits no radiation. Studies show that it is is more accurate than X-rays.

This unit can find decay much earlier than with conventional means. And when we find tooth decay earlier, the cavities are smaller, easier and less expensive to fix. We can use smaller fillings rather than larger fillings or expensive crowns. Conservative dentistry is always the best option for patients.
