Our team recently attended the International Congress of Oral Implantologists annual symposium in Orlando where we gathered with clinicians and team members from all over the world. The ICOI is not only the world’s largest dental implant organization, but it is also the world’s largest provider of continuing dental implant education.
During this conference, our team became ICOI certified clinicians and team members. We committed to over 16 hours of continuing education focused on dental implants, patient care, and innovative techniques for faster healing and improved patient comfort. This experience not only enhanced our skills but also equipped our team with the latest breakthroughs in implant science, which will positively impact our approach to patient care.
In addition to gaining valuable knowledge at the conference, our team had a blast enjoying some leisure time together! We visited Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights, where we screamed through haunted houses and laughed on roller coasters. A highlight of our trip was exploring Harry Potter World, which offered an immersive experience filled with magic and excitement. This blend of education and fun truly strengthened our team bond.
Fun fact: Did you know that Dr. Otero is 1 of 13 dentists in our state that has been awarded Diplomate status with the ICOI!?!
